  They are Green tips. Everything on the picture is labeled correctly. Green Tips have a steel core but are still labeled as FMJ.

In the description it says it only weighs 7 pounds 500 rounds should weigh just over 13 is it really 500 rounds of 556

  You make a good point. I know a 1000 round cardboard case of 62 grain green tips should weigh about 26 lbs.
  It says weight of 7.00 without units listed. It might be in units of kilograms. 7 kg*2.2 lb/kg=15 lbs or so. Metal ammo can. Comes with 500 rounds green tips.
